PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Akfix 805P is a general purpose aerosol polyurethane foam that can be used with a special application gun and expands and cures with moisture. It has the features of high efficiency, reusability and easier application.

After drying, the hardened foam can be cut, sanded, painted and plastered.

No shrinkage.

Mould proof and waterproof.

It does not contain any propellant gas that can damage the ozone layer.

It is in B3 class according to DIN 4102 standard.

APPLICATION AREAS

Installation and insulation of door and window frames.

Filling and insulation of gaps, large cracks and holes.

Providing heat and sound insulation.

Insulation of electrical installations, hot and cold water pipes.

As a general purpose filling, bonding and insulating material.

USAGE TYPE

Application surfaces must be free from dust and oil.

During application, the tin and ambient temperature should be between -2°C and +30°C.

For best results, the can and ambient temperature should be between +20 °C and +25 °C.

After the application gun is attached to the adapter on the can, the can is shaken well.

The foam output is adjusted by using the trigger of the application gun with the can upside down.

Foam output speed can be adjusted with the help of the valve on the back of the gun.

Moisturising the surfaces immediately before and after the application ensures a faster curing and increases the bonding strength.

When your cargo is delivered, if there is a deformation in the package of the product or a situation that may damage the product, open the package with the cargo officer and check the condition of your products. If you see any damage to your products, ask the cargo officer to keep a record and do not receive the package. The products will be delivered to us by the cargo company and the products will be exchanged.
